Blue oat grass - Poaceae - Southwestern Europe grasslands - tolerates conditions here - 60cm x 60cm - pale green with a tinge of blue - blooms blue green flowers may-august - tufted evergreen perennial grass - sometimes goes dormant in summer drought - sun - good drainage - clump forming - 1.5m tall - thick flat leaves - "looks best in a formal line mass planted"
